"Apartment was clean and tidy. Check in:check out was easy! It was super convenient for subway, Chelsea market, and the upper line. Definitely enjoyed our stay. Only suggestions are some paint from prior water damage and the microwave was very difficult to operate (might benefit from a replacement)."

"The location of this property is wonderful, 3 mins walk to the subway and a few more mins to Times Square. It has a gate code for the apartment complex so we felt very safe. It was ideal for our whirlwind trip to NYC and we would book it again if we visit. Alex's instructions to checkin were on the mark and helped us with a post-midnight smooth check-in too. "

"Chris' property in the Lower East Side was one of the best rentals we've ever experienced (and we've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties). It was perfect--the space, cleanliness, amenities, safety, location, communication... After a long day of walking NYC with all of its amazing energy and stimulation, it was a wonderful feeling returning to the sanctuary that is this apartment. The space itself is comfortable and inviting, and is equipped with everything that we needed during our 5-night stay....

"Location! Location! Location! Being in the West Village was perfect for my solo stay in NYC. It was close to all the coffee shops, restaurants, and shops I wanted to check out. The bed was super comfy, and the place had just what I needed. It needed a bit of cleaning though. The microwave hadn’t been used in a while with spiderwebs inside, and the fridge needs a good wipe down inside. Other than that I was very comfortable! I would definitely stay again!"
