"Fint hotel til prisen. Billerica er en virkelig hyggelig by - tæt på hotellet. "

"Awful and bad smelling Hotel. It was so cold and the windows are so old that they cannot close and when raining the entire floor area around windows get flooded and the central heating is extremely noisy so cannot be used during night time… we changed rooms several times but just as bad in all rooms. It an embarrassment to the Hyatt brand. Everything is beneath Motel standard…. Stay somewhere else "

"The location was perfect and the people were friendly"
