"Loved this place! It was very clean, and the staff was super pleasant and welcoming. The only minor issue was the hot water, but it was resolved quickly. I’ll definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to others"

"The hotel is wonderful. Every morning I was able to come outside and watch the sunrise while enjoying my morning coffee. The hotel is super clean and the staff were very pleasant whenever we interacted with them. The manager reached out also ensuring we were having a great stay. Me and my kids were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and were mesmerized by the beach view. We would definitely come back on our next trip."

Conveniently located close to the activities we wanted to do, El Yunque, Luquillo Beach, Ferry Boat to Vieques and Culebra, and many golf courses. "Nice stay, and pool - even if the apartment was in worse condition than expected. For example it dripped from the ceiling the first night and we could see on the ceiling that it was an occasional damage. We solved it with a towel on the floor where it dripped.
Very central place to stay, in San Juan. Ok price overall.
Breakfast was toast and coffee. A little juice and a slightly larger selection of spreads for the toast will help a family with children like ours."

"Venligt personale, og fin morgemad, selv om der kun lige var det nødvendige. Men desværre var hotelværelset meget beskidt. Hvis vi gik på terrassen uden sko var vores tær eller sokker med det samme meget beskidte. Det samme galt tæppet på værelset, så vi måtte bruge klip klapper.
Vi fandt også hår flere steder.
Der var pænt og rent ved morgenmaden.

"I really loved staying here, its proximity to the airport and Distrito T Mobile was amazing. It was also a short ride to El Choli for the Bad Bunny concert. I would recommend this hotel to any people traveling to SJPR. "

"I liked the Royal Sonesta Hotel for its location on the beach, cleanliness, polite staff and overall, just a beautiful hotel. What I did not like was their parking which is across the street and there is no stop light or stop sign for pedestrians to cross the street to get to the parking lot. "
