Prisen er en god indikator i dette tilfælde. Rengøring/stand- Halvtom vandflaske og et køleskab der larmede på værelset. Er vel acceptabelt i dette prisleje. Venligt personale. Så OK, hverken mere eller mindre.

It was not worth the money I paid.
It was in a very weird neighborhood, and it was dark. The AC would have the corner of the room full of water, and the air quality was not cool at all. The room wad 55 dollars a night and with the fees and taxes it came out to 88 dollars and that room for 1 night was not worth that money.

Well, about very weird neighborhood, I can only reply we are on google maps, near to Athletico Punta Cana, Supermarket Iberia and lot of different companies, of course is not one hotel on the beach. Price was be 68.75 plus fees and taxes, but I check and on page this is published, so is not a surprise. About A/C we regret, but I can´t understood why you don´t report immediately to guys in reception and sure we try to find one solucion, also if was be eastern week end and hotel was be very full. Thanks for your indicacion. Best regards

Los administradores son muy amables es un hotel muy familiar y acogedor, Lo único que recomiendo es las TV son muy pequeñas parecen un monitor de PC y el desayuno poca variedad.

Very good facilities for an affordable price and the staff is attentive and professional. The Hotel os a little isolated from the tourists area but if you have a car that's not an issue.

Room wasn't clean when we checked in. Was told there was free beach shuttle. There isn't. Not the best neighborhood. Far from everything. Restaurant was not good. Hotel itself was very hot but room had good air conditioning.

Thank you Mr. Kirk for your observation and we regret your inconveniences, but it is good to highlight that the location of the hotel is one of the most privileged, since we are 3 to 5 minutes from the beach, hard rock hote, 15 minutes and puntacana airport and next to the largest Gold Gym in the area, we enjoy the privilege of being in a dead end street and we do not have any class of bars or colmadones which prevents you from realizing your dream fully, otherwise we will work to improve. When we got there the room was not ready. We waited about 1/2 hr which is not bad. Staff should smile more . the young lady in the kitchen is very nice. She deserves a raise. The mangu foe breakfast had way too much buttwr they should just make it more organic and not put so much grease. Coffee was good. My joyfriend had the grilled sandwich and was good. Pool was clean. Love the harden and the plants. Love the ambiance. Not much to do around the hotel but good place to sleep in peace. Will come again.

When I got to the hotel I check the room before I check inn.Room was very dirty,bad smell, hotrl location is on a very dangerous part of town , on a bare dirt road, way far from any beach.I decided not to check in the hotel and the hotel still charge me for two nights.Thats an illegal charge.I contact them and they did not want to refund me. I travel around the world and that was the Worst Hotel that I ever seen...! Orbitz should not do any booking on this hotel

Hi, Mr. Colon, I regret that you felt that way, but in life you have to have a little more responsibility when making judgments at times when you are angry, you say that the room was dirty and smelly, my question is because you did not inform reception of such situation, so that the same has taken a letter of place and you will not be charged 50% of your reservation, THE TRUTH is that you did not make the CHEK IN because the hotel was not within the area of the BEACH since it was his only words that issued at the time of arrival, since his plans of FIESTAS contemplated being just 1 minute from the beach you said the following words: I'M GOING TO TURN AROUND AND I CALL YOU OR I COME TO REALIZE THE CHEK IN, we are still waiting for it since it was so irresponsible that neither called nor went to the hotel. If it is true that we are in a privileged area where there is no nightclub or places to enjoy alcoholic beverages, and that is why our clients prefer us because they come to rest in a family atmosphere, ultimately they will not be able to fulfill their threats of discrediting us. I will not allow it and GOD will not, respect to be respected

Nice Stay
Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating, both front desk and dining room. Balcony overlooking garden was nice. The air conditioning needs some work....did not cool the room, and the morning shower was lukewarm.

hy dear,
when i came to hotel primaveral on dec.29th 2016 around 4pm i stay 2-3 hours to get answer from staff and they told everything is full/no room for me tonight/ i meet with some menager and later around 7pm some person drove to another durty hotel but paid from my pocket $ 40 cash to stay 1 night.next day from primaveral sent car who pick up and i get room with not good at all condition ,TV sometimes work,bathroom was l terible also first night i saw big bug/bee/ black one inside bathroom,i try to kiled but those was so fast. 3 rd night that animal was at my bed,i chase again but didn,t catch.after week stay i became friend with young boy who work at front desk i told him inside room had a big black animal who bite me when i slept night time and that boy Ricardo moved me last 4-5 night to second floor to other hotel room. even with that problem i left small tip to personal each day when i stay.

Horrible hotel!
1)They couldn't find our reservation. 2)Wanted to charge us 3x the amount when we arrived 3)The restaurant attached only served hamburgers, french fries and fish which wasn't even edible 4)scary area and nothing close was open 5)we were the only ones in the hotel 6)asked for refund for one of the two days we agreed too and they refused to refund our money and charged us 3 different times.

Not recommend
Place was filthy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was ok, hit or miss depending on the person. Bathtub was disgusting, had to shower with antibacterial after showering. Shower had tiny maggots at one point. I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here. I've never experienced such a thing in my life. I thought I was in a third world country.

Well, I and my beautiful girlfriend spent there one day, and we didn't regret. The place is quiet and nice environment. Cozy and convinient if you don't want to spend lots of bucks.

Close to the beach
I enjoyed my stay. It was worth the price I paid. The location is 10mins from the beach; however they provide free shuttle bus to the beach. The staff are nice; especially the manager. There were some language barrier but she want above and beyond to communicate effectively. In-door poor Available. Walking distance to a shopping store and food.

Decent location but horrible hotel
Well there were several "homeless" immigrants staying in the hotel lobby every single night and the front desk guy told us that they were supposed to be deported but this hotel let them work there under the table. Customer service was non existing... they were drinking in the lobby every evening and if you asked for anything they laughed at you. We told them not to go in our room and each day they did. The rooms smelled awful and was very dirty when we arrived. Hair all in the sheets, so we had to ask them to come change them. The air conditioner leaked water down the wall onto the floor. Our balcony door did not close or lock. The bathroom was so gross I never felt like I was clean. This hotel is NOTHING like the pictures show. Again, good luck with asking for anything because no one is ever at the front desk.

The hotel is horrible
Almost everyone in the hotel were very nice.very polite and funny, now the area is a little scary and very far from the beach. The ac didn't work correctly, no wifi in the rooms the breakfast really bad

it was my worst stay , first of all i paid in an month of advance and when i arrived at the hotel was over booked, i paid for 2 rooms and only got 1, they said that the 2nd party overbooked rooms, when i got to the room, the refrigerator was not working, and in the bathroom was no soap to get a shower, it was the worst experience and the hotel really sucked!!

Worst hotel staff ever
Oversold and my room couldn't be found. They stated it was Expedia's fault and Expedia asked us to ask the hotel. The guy in reservations said "Find yourself another place to stay"

The hotel was nice but you get what you pay for. This is not a resort so don't expect any more than just a hotel. The staff was very nice but I felt like I was being ripped on food and transportation. If you want a comfortable experience go to a restort and if you just want a place to sleep, this is the place.

Hard to find and not as advertised
We spent several hours driving around Bavaro looking for the hotel. No street name sign anywhere in the entire city. We called the reception desk and they could not give us directions over the phone. Why, I don't know! We had to pay a motoconcho driver to take us to the hotel and when asked no one in town could tell us how to get to the Primaveral Hotel. I reserved the room at the advertised rate and when booked it jumped $10 US per night. I was supposed to be able to pay in dollars and when we arrived they would only take Dominican Pesos. The room was suppose to have a king sized bed and have a outdoor patio but the bed was a queen and no outside patio. Parking was a problem because they had a tiny parking lot but the main lot for some reason was closed during the day and only available at night. The room was never cleaned during our entire 4 night stay.

Bad. My family member said she did not expect much, but her story amazed me. Orbitz had an issue about the reservation, the manager was yelling mad that he did not care in order to make her pay the second time. Terrible experience. No room service - she had to ask for a clean towel. I saw the pictures of the pool - the water was really dirty. The shuttle bus went out of order soon. The location is inconvenient, by construction sites and a very busy highway. People had to jump over the fencing to get to the other side of the road. So if no bus - no beach.

not a safe area to stay at.
Air conditioning was poor, toiletries were not replenished during my stay. My room was not cleaned daily, including the replacing of dirty towels with clean fresh towels. Some lights didnt work. Safe lock box didnt work. Pool was not cleaned.

Nice and comfortable hotel
I booked this room via Expedia. It was really affordable. The hotel was cute and had a definite "DR" feel to it. The front desk person was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and clean, with the exception of the bathtub which needed a cleaning. Other than that my only complaint would be there was only one chair on the patio. Aside from that, everything was great. The pool was nice and clean, and the breakfast was good. I' definitely go back next time I'm in Punta Cana!
