This property is very nice but staying here leaves a little something to be desired. Getting around the resort is a challenge, even with the shuttles, as the property is so spread out. The beach is beautiful and the pools are great too. Service was as expected. I had a couple of hiccups with luggage so that was a bit inconvenient. Overall a good stay but to enjoy the entire property is a challenge.

Everything is ok,but needs more entrenteinimen,music from aerobic at the pool everyday is the same and boring music.my room a/c wasn't cooler.But general was awesome experience.

My friend had her Apple Watch stolen right next to one of the resort pools. She tracked the location and it was a few miles away so it seems to have been an employee who took it, since it left the resort. The casino had unnecessary fees, you had to pay for water and the normally free beers you got in your fridge each day. It’s as if they didn’t want you to gamble. It depended on the day for staff friendliness. Housekeeping was great but the trolly staff was not. One trolly driver told us just to walk to the lobby and another night the trolly driver told us it was “his last trip of the night and his last tip” we were the only ones on the trolly and do usually tip… but he was guilting us to tip by telling us he has multiple children and grandchildren. It just made us feel guilty and forced to tip. The trolly was supposed to be an efficient way to get around the resort since it is a huge resort, instead we ended up walking an average of 13,000 steps a day to avoid the trolly. Also my husband and I got tricked (when we first walking into the resort) into talking to a marketing person who wasted our time telling us about the new Hard Rock properties being built. At the end of the trip we literally ran away from the marketing person that wanted to sell us another hard rock vacation. Our friends got trapped first and then warned us to just check out and go to the shuttle. The resort was overall well kept, but too big for what we wanted as far as a relaxing vacation. Will not return.

Absolutely loved this resort. It was my first time at an all inclusive. The service was perfect, food was good, beach is beautiful, and pools were fun. Did not care for the Legendary club sales people, especially the “manager” you sit with. Way too aggressive for a relaxing vacation experience. Will tell you anything to guilt you into buying a package. Avoid it all together unless it’s something you’re interested in.

Service was non existent at the property and you can just see everyone was just trying to upsell. Upon checking in we asked if our wrist bands had access to the private pools which we were told we will be informed later which we were never and not until the last day did we know we did have access to the private pools. Reached out via tablet to book an excursion and never heard back. Alarm went off first night around 1am, we got two phone calls around 8:30-9am to confirm if we were married?! Overall service was terrible and I would never go back!

Very family and couples oriented. Huge property, so expect to walk a lot. They do have shuttle golf carts or you can rent one daily. Food is okay, drinks were strong, and something to do for everyone. Only thing going on after 10pm was the silent disco, but that was a blast. Our group age ranged from 35-45.

The HardRock is massive and has something for everyone vacationing. However, during our stay we had to hunt down people to clean our room or it wouldn’t be done. It rained a lot and the drainage system was backed up throughout the property. Finding restaurants throughout the property that is not in the main lobby is not easy to navigate with the trolly system. But was great once we made it there. Overall it was a grand resort and will appeal to many travelers.

Lobby area very dull, no lighting. Decor old and dirty. My 1st room had small mosquitoes. I got food poisoning from one of the restaurants. Only one pool which is the Central pool seems to have activities throughout the day. The food selections at each restaurant were basic. Zen was good, Market buffet was o.k. overall I give Hard Rock Punta Cana a 6/10.

We had SOOO much fun at the Hard Rock!! Jose made our time so special at the central pool. The roomy, the beach, the grounds, and the restaurants were all so beautiful and clean. One of the largest places I've stayed at, but they have trollies every 15 mins! Highly recommend!!

This is an extremely large property but they offer shuttles that can take you around. They run every 15 mins or so. The casino at the property is very clean and they have events nightly.

The room service was less than what I expected. We ordered breakfast and never got it. Also when we arrived on the property we were told that the Tran would run regularly we had long waits at times. Overall we did enjoy our stay

THE VIP was more of a trick to have us sign for a Legends Club. And it was set up as a trap.

My kids really enjoyed the Waterpark, lazy river was awesome..the food is not bad too. One thing i didn't like is waiting for transportation to move around the property, you can wait for more than a half hour
