Our family had 3 rooms the first two families didn't get our coupons till our 3 family checked in. We were not explained the weekend and I guess holiday upcharge. The drink coupons were given to two families and the 3rd was told they were given to one of the other families. Somewhat noisy from the bar music from the street late at night.
