"Et rigtig godt ophold på et dejligt hotel i Napoli. Morgenmaden var rigtig god, og vi havde generelt en skøn oplevelse. Et lille minus er, at hvis man bor på næstøverste etage lige under restauranten, kan man opleve lidt støj på værelset om aftenen og natten, når personalet rydder op og flytter borde og stole. Lyden er dog meget minimal og ikke noget, der ødelagde opholdet. Hotellets beliggenhed er fantastisk i forhold til stationen og tæt på alt i centrum af Napoli. Det ligger især godt i forhold til de kendte pizzeriaer som Michèle og Brillo med flere. - Baren er ikke særlig god til at lave drinks, hvilket vi formåede og give dem et par forsøg på de andre nætter. Men udsigten er fantastisk på øverste etage. "

"Decent hotel with all one needs. We only stayed one night, would probably not stay longer due to the area it is in (should’ve checked that). There was only on tiny window in the hall of the room, leading to a backyard. This made the room dark and with no sunlight "

"Lækkert og moderne hotel. Lækkert værelse med jacuzzi. Venligt personale og roomservice var fantastisk. Vi måtte flere gange bede om opfyldning af ting til værelset fordi rengøringen ikke var opmærksomme. Derudover blev vi vækket flere nætter efter midnat fordi der var nogle der bankede på døren hos os og andre meget intenst. Derudover var der råb fra gangen om at nogle skulle skynde sig om natten. Vores indtryk var at der var lukket folk ind udefra gaden. Haven var også lækker som kaffe/drink sted."

"It’s a great place to stay at e.g. having a bed. The people at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us getting a bit earlier into our rooms, recommending an upgrade. Turned out to be not very costly and worth every penny. Don’t choose this place for the restaurant or bar. This was unfortunately below the standards of the amount of stars that this hotel has. So I can recommend it for the central location. Can be bit noisy at times, but it’s not too bad. We had a room facing the square and metro station. Sleep here. Eat and drink elsewhere. A bit of context to the bar and restaurant. Bar wasn’t opened or rather there were no staff present. Not very good drinks. Ordered a Negroni, being in Italy you should think that they could make you a proper one, which to my opinion was not the case. A bit pricey on the quality. The restaurant, where to start; service was not really that great. Not everything on the menu was available for either the food or the wine list. Breakfast was ok if you get there early. We got there 8:20 AM and there were almost nothing there. The scramble eggs, supposedly would be there in three minutes. Which was the standard answer, even when asking second time after my initial question 5 minutes before. Dinner was not a great experience. Nothing on the menu looks like anything that they are advertising on the screen in the lounge area. Neither the plating or presentation of the food is associating it with fine dining as they claim it is."

"På overfladen er fint hotel, men jeg synes at sengene var ukomfortable og vi vågnede alle op med stik fra insektbid. Området omkring banegården er ikke et trygt miljø og der er helt enormt meget støj fra faden. "
