We stayed at the hotel on our first trip to Napoli. We were excited to stay central to the city in the beginning, but we quickly realized that this central part of the city is very poor and seemed unsafe due to the constant presence of the police on the streets during our whole stay. We stayed in a very small room in the hotel, but all the facilities worked without problems. There was always someone in the reception to ask for help if necessary.
