"Property was dirty from the hall, walls, doors, etc. most of the staff were friendly expect one lady who was noticeably irritated that I wanted to purchase snacks and she had to come in from smoking. The pool had a closed violation sign from the city yet people we’re swimming but the guy at the front desk said he just started and didn’t know what that was about but the pool was open for use so that was scary. Overall the stay and stay weren’t horrible they just need to maintain the upkeep. Oh...

"Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty, had a bad smell, and we even saw cockroaches. The furniture was old and poorly maintained.
The listing showed a sofa bed, but it was broken and completely bent, making it impossible to sleep on. We were three people, but there was only one usable bed for two people. Because the sofa bed could not be used, one person had to sleep in the car late at night.
Overall, the room was not as advertised and did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards....
