"God beliggenhed på mod den østlige ende af Copacabana, men hotellet er generelt meget slidt og rengøringen kunne de fleste steder være bedre. Personalet var altid venlige, smilende og servicemindede. De fleste kunne også tale et fornuftigt engelsk, hvilket er et must for gæster som hverken taler portugisisk eller spansk. "

"Firstly, the hotel is old and very worn out. They have tried to renovate, but as seen in the attached picture, it has gone completely wrong. Secondly, it is unbelievably noisy. I could hardly tell whether the window to the street was open or closed. Thirdly, the hotel had an ATM in the lobby. One day, I was in a hurry and used it. I withdrew 1000 reais (172 dollars) which had a slightly high fee, but fair enough. However, what they don't tell you until you see it on your account is that they give such a bad exchange rate that it cost me 60 dollars just on the exchange rate alone. A hotel that allows a company to deceive its guests in this manner should be avoided; it says everything about their attitude towards us as guests. Well the app isn't working right, I can't attach the picture. That's a shame."
