The building has available communal parking to the front and is on a first come first served basis. If there is no available parking space at the front, please send us your car registration details so we can arrange the parking permit for LB Zone.

Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.

Travel cots and high chairs are available for £25 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.

Unauthorised early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.



Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.



Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150. Pets considered - please inform at time of booking



No parties or large groups allowed.
