"This was absolutely THE WORST accommodation I have ever booked via Expedia. Immediately upon arrival it became very clear that the information included on the booking page and the actual lodging arrangements were STRIKINGLY different. The room was dirty and infested with spiders and mosquitos. We sprayed our room down with bug repellent each night, including the actual beds. There was no key hole on the door AND the lock was broken. It was also clear that the door had been jimmied in the past as...

"We got another apartment than we booked, and when we checked in, the whole apartment stank of dogs and was full of dog hairs. The kitchen and especially fridge was very mouldy and dirty and the overall impression of the place was not good with dogs barking all night leaving no sleep. Not even with earplugs. The whole area and especially their own dogs was extremely loud. We adressed these issues to the owner who tried to accomodate us but didnt help. We checked out early to find a better place"

"This accommodation provides the basics in the studio room. About 4×3 (12) square meters bedroom with small kitchen, gas stove, refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The attached bathroom is clean. Wifi in the room is stabilt. I used the accommodation as base for road trips which worked fine. Diego Martin and Port of Spain have a high crime rate according to locals; be aware of this."

"Location was great close transportation and easy access to the city and shopping areas."

"Very good service and very helpful with guiding around the city, finding places to see and locating other hotels. The room are on the small side, but each kept in its own set of colours, adding to the atmosphere of the hotel."

"The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY. Although I was not asking for my money back. I think this was very dishonest. I will never recommend this place to anyone. however I will be in Trinidad as soon as I can.. DO not stay here I only booked because during the Carnival you don't really stay inside just change and go. "

"Wow. I don’t where to start. Ms.Glenda was absolutely amazing. The meals were all top notch and we didn’t have to want for anything. If there was anything we needed, she made sure to get it for us. Sometimes you see places online and get a different story once you arrives, but this was not the case at all. The rooms were all immaculate and super spacious. And it was nice to relax by the pool after a hard day of fete. We felt safe at all times and worried about nothing. We came as strangers...
