Villa Pascol is an old country house that is over 250 years old and has recently been renovated. The owners have managed to maintain many of its more traditional aspects, giving the property a unique character and charm. The more traditional and rustic atmosphere combined with some more modern accessories make Villa Pascol an ideal place to enjoy a very relaxing holiday.

The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor is the living room, which is very cosy due to its walls partially lined with stone, wooden beams on the ceiling, and terracotta tiled floor. Also located here are the dining room (with direct access to the rear terrace), the kitchen (equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven and dishwasher), and a bathroom with shower.

The sleeping area is located on the upper floor. There are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 with two beds) that share a full bathroom.

Outside, apart from a truly charming setting, there is the swimming pool, which must be accessed by climbing a small staircase due to the elevation of the terrain. The pool is truly unique, as it is fed by a natural water source that comes from the mountain, while the surplus irrigates the nearby fields. Therefore, the water in the pool is completely natural and is constantly being renewed.

Villa Pascol is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a place with truly spectacular views, while still wanting to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas.
