"The property was exactly as listed and we were very pleased. Our only criticism would be that they need newer and larger towels! And maybe a couple more blankets given the time of year. The parking worked well given that it's impossible to park outside, but we could drop luggage off and the car park was only a 2 minute walk away. Property manager was lovely and very helpful regarding our departure as the roads were due to be closed for a sporting event. However, it was annoying to have to...

"The communication regarding the key access came last minute and didn't allow for our planning. It doesn't help that WhatsApp was preferred by the owner. I don't use WhatsApp! Believe it or not, but there are pople on this planet who don't. The house did have intense musty damp smell as if it wasn't aired for a very long time. This didn't change after airing by us, so good luck for the next. We didn't expect to much, but after renting multiple houses over years this was the first one not to find...

"Pool area is great. Lots of towels. Pollensa is a beautiful town. About a 20 minute walk into the centre. Lidl is 10-15 walk away.Buses to beach at the end of the road.Lots of wildlife around the villa. A Pine Marten wondered around the pool one morning while we were enjoying a coffee. Red Kites and other birds of prey circle over head throughout the day.Pool is deep, so may not be ideal for young children, but the jacuzzi could be an make-shift kids pool.House is a little tired. The odd broken...

"Pros: Das Haus ist schön im Grünen gelegen und hat einen schönen Pool. WLAN + TV funktionierte gut. Cons: Die Kommunikation der Agentur war mäßig (keine Erklärungen, nur Infoblatt im Haus; keine Ankündigung von Wäschewechselzeiten). Kleinere Mängel wir verkalkte Duschköpfe und Wasserhähne, Kaffeemaschine. Klimaanlagen z. T. nur begrenzt regelbar. Für 4 Personen knappe Geschirrausstattung."

"Very kind staff and helpful staf however a bit understaffed. Good and clean pool facilities, however the pool is not very big and quite crowded during peak hours. Very nice room and facilities in general. Small fitness but fine for cardio. Nice location close to city however far enough away to be very quiet."

"God placering, rent og velholdt hotel og dejligt område foran hotellet, hvor man både kan sidde og nyde udsigten og få lidt at spise (om dagen) og en drink om aftenen. Personalet er hjælpsomme og yder virkelig god service uden at være påtrængende. Ideelt sted for lidt ro i nogle dage."

"Dejligt hotel med fin og rolig beliggenhed. Fantastisk hyggelig gårdhave med pool og komfortable liggestole. Gratis poolhåndklæder ved forespørgsel. Morgenmaden var fin, men kaffemaskinen var utrolig langsom. Heldigvis havde vi ferie og god tid. Vi kommer gerne tilbage og kan anbefale stedet, hvis man ønsker et ophold i rolige og komfortable omgivelser."

"Beautiful hotel in a perfect area. Truly enjoyed our stay. It was our first time here but will not be the last. The staff is friendly and very service minded. The food was of very good quality. The only minuses with this place are: the access to the wellness centre through the restaurant is not very flattering, the wellness centre lacks showers and toiletteries. You need to go through the place to reach the 2 showers and no soap is available, meaning, you only use water to rinse before using the facilities. They should be before one enters and doors are needed on the showers, so as one showers properly before entering the pool, sauna etc. The floor by the pool was not clean. There were visible mudding footprints and sand on the floor. Also plastic parts in the pool itself. No sanitizer was available in the restaurant for the buffet. The final bill should be more specific and properly itemized and not in codes. We checked out early and the gentleman in reception could not tell me what I had been charged for. Every item was a number/code. We got a packed breakfast to go, which we highly appreciated. Only problem was, we were never given a knife and/or spoon, so could not butter the bread. Overall a great experience."
