Located in a beautiful enclave with the always majestic mountains of the Serra de Tramontana as a backdrop, the property is halfway to the picturesque town of Pollensa, the popular bay of Puerto de Pollensa, and that little jewel that is Cala San Vicente (a residential area with two small coves with crystalline turquoise waters crowned under the watchful eye of Cavall Bernat – an impressive mountain with more than 350 meters of vertical drop that extends several kilometers into the sea).

A large wrought iron gate welcomes us to the very spacious parking area and its well-kept gardens of palm trees and fruit trees.

The main entrance presents us first with a spacious dining room, followed by a comfortable living room and a modern open kitchen. The conservation of old traditional elements such as exposed stone walls, arches and wooden beams contrasts with the avant-garde decoration, the successful selection of neutral colors on walls and floors, and intelligent lighting. Thus, before our eyes we find fantastic traditional touches tinged with modernity.

The dining room consists of a large table with capacity for 12 people and is equipped with air conditioning.The comfortable living room also has air conditioning in front of a large smart television.

For its part, the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and a large American-style fridge-freezer. From the kitchen a door gives access to the back of the house, where there is a generously sized brick barbecue and a huge pergola, ideal for succulent meals outdoors.

The ground floor is completed by a small reading area and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. This room has a double bed by default, although it can be adapted to a double room with two twin beds.

The rest of the rooms are located on the upper floor. After going up the stairs there is a landing where on the right there is a double room with an en-suite bathroom, while on the left there is a long corridor with the rest of the rooms distributed on both sides. It includes a magnificent billiards, an exercise bike, an elliptical bike, a table football and another large screen smart television. And, if this were not enough, an air conditioning unit.

Finally, it should be noted that the home has free Internet connection via Wi-Fi, with several repeaters strategically placed to have internet both in the rooms and in the pool area, on the terraces, and in the leisure area.
