This rustic Mallorcan house is located in a rural area very close to the beautiful town of Pollensa, and just under ten minutes by car from the beaches of Port de Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Surrounded by mountains and offering beautiful views, Villa Solivellas provides peace and tranquility in an area with charm and character.

The main entrance, located under a covered front terrace, leads to a small living room with sofas and a smart TV. From here, you can access a dining room and another living room with comfortable sofas. A separate, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower complete this area of the house. From the kitchen, a glass door gives us access to a fully furnished outdoor terrace and a covered area with a barbecue, which has a gas hob and a refrigerator.

Two interior staircases lead to the bedroom area, which comprises three bedrooms and one double bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub. It's worth noting that there is another bathroom with a shower on the lower floor, near the living room.

The pool is surrounded by a beautiful and spacious lawned garden and a small sunbathing area with sun loungers.
