Flexible bedrooms, all with en-suites, makes it a great choice for couples, friends or families. The attractions of Woodlands Family Theme Park and Pennywell Farm are both within 23 miles, and when you return home there’s no need to cook – simply book a delicious meal in the acclaimed pub next door. For shopping, visiting galleries or trying out some restaurants, the city of Plymouth is only 6 miles.
Set within an four-house-terrace built in 2021. Inside, high-quality furnishings combine with a co-ordinated, contemporary style to create a luxurious escape. The open-plan living space is full of light and boasts a Smart TV – perfect for movie nights as you lounge on the large sofa. In the elegant kitchen area, you’ll find everything you’ll need for cooking up tasty holiday meals, with an adjacent dining table and bench seating that’s ideal for sociable gatherings. The first of the three super king-size bedrooms is on the ground floor, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower over the bath. Head upstairs to find the remaining two bedrooms, each of which has an en-suite shower.
When you feel like some fresh Devon air, push open the glazed doors in the lounge and step into your private garden, with its small lawn and furnished patio. The end of the garden is sectioned by a natural hedge line with animal farming in the fields beyond so please keep dogs on leads at all times. This is the perfect spot to pour a drink or serve a meal as the sun comes down, enjoying views over fields with grazing sheep. There’s private parking outside for one car, with additional parking in the adjacent pub car park, subject to availability.
