"Our first time at the Valentin and it did not disappoint. We had a swim up suite and the room was amazing. Huge bathroom and shower. The bar staff at the pool were all great and very attentive. Very salesy in the beginning. Asked to visit a new resort after we had a full morning of travel. No early check in. Sat in a hot lobby for 4 hours. While multiple sales were pitched to us. Very annoying. So if you plan on visiting book your flight right at the 3pm check in."
