Overall the room was roomy and clean and the bathroom was huge and the shower was great.
The pool area is super small and doesn’t seem like it fits the hotels capacity. We stayed on the 4th floor, right underneath the pool and we had a super strange smell present in the room at all times. It was a mix of chlorine and mold. The beds are extremely soft and kinda swallows you.
There is a dj present at the pool/bar area, playing extremely loud music, which we also had the “pleasure” of in our room….till 10 pm on Sunday. To add the cherry on top, they started construction and drilling right above our room at 6.45 am.
The lady that checked us in, made us feel like we were a huge annoyance and definitely wasn’t a very pleasant welcome. She checked us out a few days later and nothing had changed in her attitude.
We didn’t do the all inclusive, so we have no notes on the food.
