"When we arrived late evening after a long flight we were told that we had been relocated to another Extended Stay America, even though we had booked this room a long time ago - and we only choose it due to the proximity to Sawgrass Mills.
Didn’t even know they had the right to move you around like cattle.
Breakfast was not good."

"The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Its located near to all you need for shopping and dining. The unit is comfortable and was cleaned well with everything you needed for a good stay. I definitely recommend and will look into staying again. "

"The host was very kind, and a great resource through out the stay. The place was clean, and comfy. Only thing I would warn is the sofa bed is more of a futon instead of a pull out sofa bed as the pictures indicated. "

"The place is essential new, never seen a bathroom like this in a hotel rated 2 1/2 star. Perfectly clean everywhere, no nasty carpet, clean new tiles on the floor. Cozy sun deck. Friendly staff.
Even the weather was perfect ;) Recommend it anytime.

"Little conflicted with this place, on one hand there is a lot of good intentions and potentials on the other hand it is still a long way to go. Location is amazing, grounds are nice, room need work and missing presence of staff/management.
I hope they will succeed as it could be a great place in an area with limited options for accommodation."

"We stayed the night before for a cruise. It was a short Uber ride to the terminal. Everything was nice and clean. The food was mostly closed including the rooftop bar, but looked nice enough. There are no real amenities near by, although I did walk about a mile to a drugstore and picked up donuts on the way back.
Would stay here again for a night."
