"The communication from the management was phenomenal! The description matchesd the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe! It fit the needs for me and my family. I would recommend and stay again! Thank you"

"This was my second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first! The unit was clean, fully furnished, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and quick to address any messages. The location was also a plus, being close to downtown and convenient for getting around. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, making for another comfortable and stress-free experience. I would happily stay here again and...

"Stayed here for a professional conference. 10 min walk to the convention center with plenty of coffee shops and food options in between. Safe with security on-site at night! Smooth check-in/check-out. Highly reccomend!"

"Great room and very spacious. We love the balcony and the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend!!"

"Air conditioning kept things cool during warm Phoenix days."

"Everything was wonderful "

"The property was perfect, it was an entire house in a nice area. It was very clean and the laundry facility was a big plus. I enjoyed my stay very much."

"Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!"

"Don't tell u it a charge security deposit till after u pay for the room and and cleaning fee that how they get u"

"Location was great (very walkable) and communication with the very kind host was consistently quick. Even the rainy hunt for the key was fine. The issues started once we got inside. I paid $915 for three nights in a “luxury apartment,” but it was not. The furniture was cheap and worn - the “double sofa bed” was just a piece of fabric stretched over a wooden frame with no padding left. The mattresses were thin (6”?), the shower mat was dingy, the toilet brush had visible remnants from the...

"House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages...

"The "Standard Apartment" was just a Studio. It was listed as having 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, but that would mean the bedroom is separate from the rest of the apartment by a door which it wasn't. It was really just a Studio and looked no different in pictures from a Studio as well. The room felt very cramped and small, not allowing for much space to feel truly comfortable and the bed was incredibly low to the ground. The bed was also just held up by velcro which came off immediately upon simply...

"the stay was excellent and made my trip to see my son more enjoyable. Rental was well prepared and met my every expectation. I don't drive so being 2 blocks from the trolley was a plus."

"We enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights in June. The proximity to the convention center (where we were daily for a volleyball tournament) and to restaurants and shops was wonderful. Having covered garage parking, a pool, and a full apartment was very nice. Traveling with 2 teens was made easier by having their own beds, bedroom, and bathroom. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The only areas I think could use improvement was the couch (which is listed as a pullout bed also) needs to...
