The staff is always courteous, rooms thoroughly cleaned, and the environment is welcoming and comfortable. I’ve stayed at the property multiple times and will be back soon.

I like the location of the property because my interest was at PEMBROKE. The availability of parking, and the quietness of the area. The only thing that i was not happy with was the room service

This property is very quiet and there are no sounds of traffic. I had a rental car and there’s lots of convenient parking right in the hotel parking lot.

The front desk agent was pleasant and efficient. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. On the down side, the ChargePoint spaces out front NEED to change their charging structure. The pricing for charging a PHEV is reasonable and customary, but the spaces go unused because the overnight "after charge has completed" rate goes to $4.00 per hour!! A patron has to get out of bed at 1:00AM to disconnect and find another parking space, or get charged $28 AFTER paying the charging fee. NO ONE used the spaces while we were at the hotel!

I paid about $200 for one night to be alittle closer to airport for an early morning flight. This hotel is near the freeway which is nice but dining is very very limited. Only place near by is Cracker Barrel. You’re pretty much surrounded by car dealerships at this location. The price is not worth the location at all.

It is a bit old, outdated the hotel. and it is quite area but out of nowhere. The room AC is very noise. Free breakfast is OK.

The property is one exit away from tons of shopping and dining. Not from from FLL airport and 20 min drive to MIA Gardens. I had a minor issue that was QUICKLY resolved by Melanie and manager Andrew. I appreciated their kindness and understanding so much it made my weekend. Will stay here again with no doubt. Parking and breakfast complimentary which is always a plus!!

Property is beautiful and well kept! Nice pool and hottub to relax by. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Will stay here again!
