"In general a successful stay. We found the front desk staff somewhat condescending during most interactions during our stay. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. There are radical differences between suites throughout the various buildings. Ours was very tired, showing its 30+ years with very few updates. No fridge, cracked bathroom counters and inconsistent water controls. On the plus side the AC worked very well. Restaurant and cafe service and food were always...

"The staff that I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful, however several did not speak much english. Room did not look like pictures, was a bit run down. All restaurants are outside where there are lots of birds trying to eat the food, and food options were a bit limited. The beach area is quite small, and during high tide there is no room to sit on the beach at all. I think this place is best suited for Spanish speaking families looking for a quiet trip, however if you do not speak...

"Me encanto la ubicación de la propiedad a unos minutos del aeropuerto, llegamos después del horario de check in por lo que las llaves las dejaron en una caja fuerte en la entrada del alojamiento y me explicaron claramente como debía hacer la entrada a la habitación no tuve ningún problema para hacerlo, me gusto el reglamento claro y preciso en cuanto a respetar los horarios de silencio o descanso, el hecho de no haber niños le da más tranquilidad al espacio, las habitaciones son muy amplias, en...

"I chose the hotel based on a YouTuber, and it was ok/nice, but using hotels way more than 150 nights per year, you start valuing differently. How cozy is a room, how fast is the internet, how great is the temp and water pressure in your shower, and how is breakfast? Puerto Vallarta is a tourist trap, and the competition sets the standard - too expensive for too little, and well, breakfast - I don't know, I am maybe just longing too much for home right now :-) But not bad, for the record!"
