This charming nicely decorated one-bedroom flat is located on the first floor (without elevator), and includes :
- a luminous living space with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- an equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, hot plates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment, fan,
- TV and WiFi.

Please note the following additional costs:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

## Neighborhood

Located in the city center of Bagnolet, at the doors of Paris, all the shops are nearby. 15 minutes by metro from the heart of the capital, you will enjoy its effervescence while staying at calm. Unless you decide to take advantage of other tourist attractions such as the Jean Moulin departmental park (10 min walk), Robinson Island (15 min walk). Many shops and restaurants are nearby.
