Located on Eastern Green, Rosemary Renaissance is one of only a handful of homes with this distinct location. Walk to the upscale shopping and dining of Rosemary Square in minutes. The home is only 75 yards to the Coquina pool. If you are planning a wedding in Rosemary, this is the ideal home for the bridal family.

- Golf carts not allowed within the Rosemary community per the HOA
- Concierge services including beach chair rentals, baby equipment rentals, grocery delivery, and private chefs available. Ask for details!
- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee

Area Construction - Due to the outstanding beaches and amazing communities along Front Beach Rd, our area is getting more popular each year. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Terrible Management Company

We recently stayed at a home managed by Exclusive 30A. The home is called Rosemary Renaissance #93. The home is beautiful, but the AC has issues. I hope the owners find a new management company that can best represent their interest. This company is anything but exclusive. When we checked into the house, they immediately told us an AC company would be on site later in the week to perform routine maintenance on the AC unit. Obviously, there was an issue with the AC, but Exclusive 30A didn’t want to admit this for fear of having to discount the rental. They pretended there wasn’t an issue and sent their maintenance guy out as well to tell us the AC still had issues. They certainly didn’t resolve the issue. The AC guy finally showed up and was unable to resolve the issue. He told us the last renter complained about the AC as well. Upon making complaints we were told the guest services director would call. They told us this for three days, but they never called. Exclusive 30A is a joke. If you like sleeping in 75-79 degree temps, this is the place for you. There’s nothing exclusive about this management company. Lots of excuses and lack of communication.

Rosemary Visit

The house was fine and was clean. But it had no amenities we are used to for a home that we rent at this price. Bikes were broken, no beach towels, very few other amenities at the home. The a/c in one of the rooms made a loud sound every time it turned on. I would be ok with it if the home were half of the price but other homes in this price range that we've stayed in at Rosemary have been much nicer.

Fall break with Family

The house has a very unique layout with a couple of great spaces to bring everyone together, but then giving everyone plenty of privacy at night. One master on the main floor as you walk in, then go upstairs and there is another master on the second floor. You then go through a door that goes outside to the balcony and there are two more bedrooms that you can only enter from the outside. Finally a third floor as part of the main house with the bunk beds that is great for kids. The location is absolutely perfect and outside of going to the grocery store there is no need for you to drive anywhere. All the beach entrances require badges so it is a good way to have population control and the beach never got too crowded. In the kitchen there are also two large refrigerators which is awesome if you plan on cooking a lot and have a large group. The courtyard was a huge hit and every time we had dinner at the house, we sat outside. It was such a nice treat - cool area and blocked from a big breeze. In terms of things to be aware of, our garage door wouldn't open or close on it's own so we ended up putting a ladder under it to keep it open. Also, all of the bikes kept breaking - the pedals fell off. I emailed the address they gave me however no one responded. Also, the kitchen on the main is an alley kitchen so gets a little tight if more than 2 people are in there. Overall amazing and highly recommend!

On the Green!

Our first time to Rosemary beach and what a treat!! A beautiful Bobby McAlpine designed home that really added to the comfort of all the family members having their own cozy areas. The access of being right on the eastern green and walking to all the shops foods was perfect. The kids loved the independence of being able to hop on a bike and explore (mostly donuts and candy) We stayed the tail end of the summer season so a few minor TLC things needed attention, but the house was well stocked and the icemaker of the main kitchen was a great feature. Will definitely be back!!

Sweet Summer Time

We were very impressed upon arrival. The home was very spacious, and allowed for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed and more!! There are few things that need attention. Upon arrival, we decided to take the bikes into Rosemary. One of the bikes petal literally fell off. I don’t know how someone wouldn’t have noticed that. So we just parked that one and left the petal on top so no one would use that one. The last few days, it seemed the house didn’t cool as it did. We used the fans in the bedroom so that helped some. Hopefully these things can get fixed for the next guests.

Peaceful and wonderful!

We had an amazing week here, and it was dreamy! Perfect location on the eastern green where the little ones could run and play. Steps to the beach and to the pool-it couldn’t have been more convenient. Walk to the bustling shops and restaurants, and return to this quiet corner of Rosemary Beach! All of us said we’re spoiled now, because it was such a beautiful house in the perfect location! The courtyard made for easy dining-the string lights were charming too. Surprise advantages also included lots of restrooms, two ice machines, speakers to play music throughout the house, and two ovens. Thank you for a lovely vacation. We all have said we’d like to visit again!

A home run

Perfect spot for our family trip. The location could not be more perfect— just steps to the beach and pool. The house was also close to the adorable town square and we loved being on the green for the kids to run around. I would rent this house again.

Great location, doesn't sleep 16 though

Great location, nice home. Only negative is the claim it sleeps 16. That can only work with very young kids. To sleep 16, you would have to double up in the bunks (8 people in bunk room). We went with 14 people and wound up at Walmart buying 2 blow up beds. Other than that, a seamless and fun vacation.
