It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants & attractions, including Buster's Beer & Bait, Barracuda Beach Bar & Grill, and just a short drive to Race City, Coconut Creek, Wonderworks, & more!

On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room that leads to your own covered porch and fenced (shared) yard. For your convenience, there is also a full bathroom and full sized washing machine and dryer located on the first level. The living room has a smart TV with cable access and the sofa pulls out into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 7.

Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with 1 Queen and 1 Full bed. Each have their own Smart televisions, and separate dressing areas with private sinks. There is a full bathroom between the two upstairs bedrooms with a tub/shower combo.

- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
