"This property has everything our family needed. We are a short walk to the beach & pool. There are plenty of linens and towels and even extra beach gear in the closet. Coffee was provided as well as a kitchen with everything needed to cook a nice meal. Richard was very responsive and a great host. This spot is also dog friendly!"

"It was a very good stay; staff was friendly and very professional. Room was very clean, and amenities were good. the only problem we encounter was that there was only one elevator working and you had to stand in line to go up or come down to the lobby"

"The hotel was beautiful and few steps away from the beach. It can’t get any better than that! The breakfast was really good!! They made custom omelettes and they make the waffles for you at the waffles station. The Staff were friendly . A great experience and we will love to go back."

"For the price I was satisfied the only issue was that there was no board walk from hotel to beach other than that staff was friendly and polite, would stay there again. Taxi service is reasonable for transportation purposes if needed. Breakfast was small portions but ok to start the morning, needs to be started earlier rather than at 8:00. Overall a good experience! Thanks to all personnel at Padre South Hotel."
