The property itself was nice, but navigating through the building felt like navigating a maze, with long walks through hallways and stairs to reach different areas. Upon check-in, I encountered some issues that left me debating between a 3 or 4-star rating. I had booked through Expedia and was uncertain if parking was included, given the hefty $28 per day charge. After calling both the hotel and Expedia, I was assured that parking was indeed included in my package. However, upon arrival, I was unexpectedly charged for parking for 3 days. Despite spending over 30 minutes trying to resolve this with the staff, I was ultimately told that everyone had to pay for parking. When we went to our room, the door was open and the door was not locking properly, requiring a trip downstairs for assistance. Although they attempted to fix it, the manager ended up assigning us a new room, wasting valuable time that could have been spent enjoying the amenities. Additionally, while the condo itself was decent, it was in need of some maintenance. The beds were uncomfortable, and the blankets were disappointingly thin. The outdoor pool also left much to be desired, as it looked musty which deterred us from using it. However, the water park provided a better experience, though the water quality was average at best.
I would not go back.
