Tuscan Hills
Tuscan Hills is located just off HWY27 in Davenport Florida and minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Tuscan Hills is a popular gated community of luxury villas and vacation rentals making an ideal place for your dream Florida holiday in the sun.
The Tuscan Hills clubhouse is open to all onsite guests. It offers an air-conditioned gym, tennis courts, kids play area and a beach volley ball court. As well as a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey.
Next to the game room is a lounge area where you can sit and relax while the kids play. The Tuscan Hills resort clubhouse also has a small kitchen area which you can use to prepare snacks and drinks.
Around 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and just over an hour from Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports it is a great place to stay for your dream Florida villa holiday.
When you have finished relaxing at your villa and are ready for action, Orlando is the place to be with all the Disney World theme parks as well as SeaWorld, Universal Studios less than 20 minutes away. In the summer months why not visit the some of Orlando's water parks like Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Wet n Wild located on International Drive or the newly opened Legoland Florida water park in Winter Haven.
Tuscan Hills is also close to loads of golf courses like Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes within about 5 minutes. Other nearby golf clubs include Champions Gate which has two Greg Norman designed coures (National and International), Mystic Dunes, Celebration Golf Club and Orange County National which is the home of the PGA Tour School Qualifying and again has two great courses (Crooked Cat and Panther Lakes).
Tuscan Hills is just over an hour from both the Atlantic and Gulf Coast so you have access to world class beaches right on your doorstep. Whether it's relaxing in the calm warm water of Clearwater Beach or the surf of Cocoa Beach nothing is very far away.
The local shopping plaza, Berry Town Center is less than 5 minutes away and has a Publix supermarket as well a number of bars and restuarants. Local favourites would be Sunday's Fish and Chip shop, Applebee's Bar and Grill there is also MIA Pizza and and Indian restaurant called Dhaba.
*Pool/Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at $36 per day. There is an accidental damage waiver of $62 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
