Disgusting, Dishonest, and a Complete Scam – Stay Away!
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, they refused to return our deposit over something ridiculous—drooling on a pillow. Seriously? That’s clearly just an excuse to steal money from guests.
The room was filthy and NOTHING like the photos online. The pictures show a renovated hotel, but what we got was old, disgusting, and falling apart. There was no hot water, and when we complained, they told us someone might come the next day—no one ever showed up.
The parking lot looked abandoned and unsafe. We did not feel secure at all.
But the worst part? The staff were rude and acted like they were doing us a favor. If you need clean towels, they make you bring the dirty ones back to the front desk before they give you more. If you want clean sheets, they literally told us to take them to the laundry room ourselves and wash them! What kind of hotel doesn’t provide basic services like clean linens and towels?
This place is a scam. It’s dirty, unsafe, misrepresented online, and run by people who don’t care about their guests.
