"Property was very small and check was a bit difficult to find the lock box and the phone number on the door to ask for help was wrong. Property is a bit further away from the sights than I expected but it was good value for money."

"The accommodation was in a good location, but the bed was very average, with a very thin blanket that was not warm enough for the colder nights. The pillows were also pancake thin. Once checked in, we had no way of communicating with the owners to ask for a warmer blanker, other than talking to the bar staff at night. "This is a very small (even for Tokyo standards) unit, and you have no elevators in the building. That said, you can walk to Shinjuku and the place was very clean, with its own washer/drier and great beds. Sure, it's small, but the location makes it a great choice. I'd definitely recommend the place and would have given it a 5 star rating if it had a smart Japanese toilet ;) !"

"Perfect spot if you want to be away from the very busy parts of Tokyo. Room was about the expected size in Tokyo. Waseda station about a 10min walk away to easily get into the city. Lovely local restaurants and shops in the area. Had to check ourselves in by getting the keys from a lockbox in front of the building but the instructions were very clear on how to obtain them."
