"I liked the kitchenette and the space. I liked the microwave oven and a good size fridge. I wish they provided things like scissors and a frying pan. I had a hard time using the washing machine because of lack of instructions. Someone left 2 small pieces of trash in front of our door and it was there for 3 days."

"I wish I stayed longer at this hotel! So clean and can fit way more people then accepted, fits like 8-10 people although we were three! It was clean, there’s laundry, great amenities!"

"Great staff!"

"The room itself is very nice, clean, pretty spacious considering in japan that they only have limited space here. But I have my complains. It gets very loud specially in the morning. Lots of construction going around the building. The front entrance where you get to the elevators, the hallway to get to the room, I hate to say this but the stench of the carpet is by far the worst smell I have ever endured."
