"Dejligt hotel, med masser af charme. Vi har været på en håndfuld Hilton hoteller efterhånden, og dette var nok været det ældste af alder. Det ser ældre ud, men det ser ikke slidt ud, hvilket gør det charmerende.
Sengene var fantastiske, det er et af de hoteller hvor både min kæreste og jeg har sovet bedst.
Morgenmaden var std. Hilton, en stor buffet, med en masse lækre ting.
Placeringen af hotellet er af blandede meninger mellem min kæreste og jeg.
Jeg syntes det ligger lidt dårligt ift....

Clean, new, modern, big rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast, fantastic views, easy access to train, laundry service, Starbucks in basement. We were there with two teens - 13 and 14. They in particular loved ordering extra towels to have them brought by the robot 🤗"

"Stayed at 35th floor and the view was great. Comfortable room with good bed, but room can quickly get crowded in case of two large size luggages.
Gym is well equipped and nice.
7-eleven nearby with 24/7 service and Shinagawa station only a short walk away.

"Man kommer nemt til hotellet med limousine bussen fra lufthavnen. Bussen køre fra dør til dør.
Hotellet ligger ca. ti min. gang fra den store togstation hvorfra man let kommer rundt i byen. Værelset var fint. Manglede dog et sted at gøre af vores tøj. Stor morgenbuffet med masser af japanske retter og god udsigt. God/høj service alle steder. På vej til stationen er der mange restauranter.

"First and foremost, the view from the hotel room is incredible, just WOW!😍 It is a super nice hotel for good money, it is really worth it. There is self check-in and check-out boxes, which is very convenient. The room is very nice and clean! There is a convenience store and microwaves in the lowest floor with a space for eating, I liked it a lot, as it was super convenient! The Japanese public bath in the hotel was also very nice. Just 1 minute from the hotel there is a very nice and beautiful park (look at the photo) The next time I’m going to Tokyo, I will stay here again!☺️"
"Had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel. Room was definitely a bit small but nothing unusual for Japan. The services available at the hotel such as laundry were mediocre. Fitness was almost non-existent. TV and movie options were super bad (for any non-Japanese speaker) but the Chromecast option worked. Not impressed by the restaurant / room service options and the taxi service was a mess. Other than that the place was pleasant and comfortable. "
