"We love the condo style rooms and the ample space for our three kids. The hotel was very kind and gave us an anniversary gift which was a nice personal touch. We loved the pool, hot tub and nice walk to the beach. We have stayed here for years and enjoy it very much! Close to shopping, arcade, grocery store, gift shops and restaurants! "The staff while friendly had no idea about the area in general. They charged me twice for a deposit accidentals and did not return the deposit. The room was nice facing the ocean. However, if you are noise sensitive you might want to request a room without a door connecting the room next door. Also if you want to sleep with the window open, there is a little water overflow area, just outside the windows facing the water, where frogs like to nest and croak all night. "This place was a lot more unpolished for a place that asks almost 200 a night. The doors were filthy thru the room, the base of the toilet hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the worst was the floors and carpet. They came up black when we noticed our socks were filthy and we wiped the carpet and the floors. When I brought it to their attention they just stared at me with no response until I asked why they were starting and not responding. All they could come up with was, I don't know what to...
