The Space:
Experience contemporary seaside living in this modern four-bedroom home, perfectly blending convenience with a spacious design, set amid a sought-after lifestyle spot. Imagine being able to walk to one of the region’s most beautiful beaches in under 5 minutes; this is relaxed holiday living in a premier walk-to-everything location.

Designed for effortless beachside enjoyment, it's moments away from a bustling café and restaurant ambience, boutique shopping, serene riverside walking tracks, and one of the coast's top surf beaches. Every detail, from custom lead-light accents to the dramatic ceiling void, works in harmony to evoke a modern yet homely atmosphere. Natural elements such as bamboo flooring, stone bench tops, and an earthy colour scheme resonate beautifully with the coastal environment.

At its heart, the open plan living and dining area provides a magnificent setting for entertainment on the ground floor. Enhanced by Smart TVs* in both living rooms and a well-equipped kitchen boasting quality appliances, it's a host's dream. Easy indoor-outdoor flow to the decked alfresco area is perfect for outdoor dining, allowing you to immerse in the tranquil sounds of waves while being surrounded by native flora.

The upper level of the home features the master suite, furnished with a King-sized bed, offering sea views and access to a balcony with an outdoor setting to take advantage of watching the sunset over the waves. It's a sanctuary, complete with a luxurious ensuite showcasing a large in-situ shower and a spacious walk-in robe. A second living space or parent's retreat awaits, featuring a cosy gas log fireplace and a handy kitchenette. This level is also equipped with a split system for heating and cooling, ensuring optimal comfort, and chandeliers that evoke a Scandinavian feel.

The ground floor houses three additional bedrooms. Two with Queen beds, and one with Twin Single beds, made up with hotel quality sheets (BYO beach towels). These rooms are serviced by a deluxe family bathroom, the centerpiece being an elegant Lawson high-back clawfoot bathtub.

This outstanding location is close to the surf beach (400m), bustling retail and dining strip (400m), and Barwon River walking tracks (600m). The Neighborhood:
The Terrace shopping strip is a lively area, less than a 5-minute walk away. It offers a curated selection of boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants, perfect for both casual outings and special occasions.
Our beautiful local beach is 400m away. Ocean Grove Main Beach offers family friendly swimming, surfing, and walking and is patrolled in summer months.
-13th Beach offers long beach walks and waves for advanced surfers.
Barwon River caters to fishing, swimming, SUPing, kayaking, and walking the shoreline. Adventure Park is a great day out with the kids - just 10 mins drive away.

Getting Around:
Our beach house is within 5mins walking/riding distance to Ocean Grove main beach (400m), shops and dining on The Terrace main strip (400m) and access to river walking trails (600m).

Closest train station 30km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne. 

Ocean Grove is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.

Beautiful House

Fabulous location, minutes walk from the main beach, shops and cafes. House is well set out and plenty of room to enjoy the stay with family .
