"Our stay was nice. FYI THERE SHOULD BE USB PORTS in room. Some travelers don’t have 12 vac to usb adapters. I don’t have on because I haven’t needed one because everywhere I have stayed has usb port somewhere in room."

"Hotellet er nyopført, så alt er i rigtig god stand. Værelset var godt indrettet i lækre materialer. Der var et tekøkken med håndvask, mikrobølgeovn, opvaskemaskine, køleskab og service. I stueetagen er der mulighed for selv at lave mad (Den mulighed benyttede vi ikke, men det var populært blandt familier på hotellet.)
Der er en lille men lækker saltvandspool og et fitnesscenter med cardioudstyr på hotellet.
Morgenmaden var fornuftig.
Hotellet ligger meget tæt på New England Patriots stadion...

Big thanks to the Cleaning staff who found some items my elderly Dad had lost en route to the room and hunted us down until we had them back.

"My partner and I had an incredible stay at CitizenM in Boston – short and sweet: it was fantastic. The whole experience felt super high-tech, from the seamless check-in to the mood lighting and room controls, all managed from a tablet. Very cool and modern!
The breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options, and the hotel itself had such a stylish vibe. The surroundings were amazing too – it’s located right in the heart of everything, so the location was absolutely top notch.
Overall, a really fun and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"I am completely impressed with the comfort of this hotel. The room was roomy and everything you need was there except for tea bags in the room. (There was different coffees) The complementary hot drinks in the morning did not have any tea either.
Too bad when you are not a coffee drinker.
First time I ever experienced that no tea was offered in a hotel.
But I bought my own teabags and the problem was solved.
Location is amazing. You can walk to everything worth seeing.
The service is top.
I can’t wait to return to this hotel.

"Hotellet virkede nusset og slidt. Jeg fik et værelse, hvor aircon/varmesystem larmede utroligt meget så måtte skifte værelse omkring midnat. Jeg blev så opgraderet til et værelset med lignende problemer omend mindre, men hvad man ikke vidste var, at der under hotellet ligger en klub, hvor man selvvalgt kan høre musikken - herunder bas - tydeligt. Ikke super veludhvilet efter et opholdet. God beliggenhed, hvis man vil bo tæt på Back Bay."
"Very friendly staff, helpful will all my requests. Room was really small (and I got a corner room!), fancy beds that lift up to create a bit more space but fill up the entire room when fully horizontal. There’s no tea kettle (or space for) and the fridge you can get is a tiny makeup fridge.
Gym is small but functional 👍
