"We traveled as a couple and really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It has a nice balcony with a small ocean view, a comfortable bed, and everything you need in the kitchen to make breakfast and lunch. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures — what you see is what you get. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and food trucks. Everything in central Waikiki was also within easy walking distance. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this...

"This property was off the beaten path of a small town that has very little to offer for travelers and we were told by locals the town was unsafe. This property had great people working at the security gate. Check in was difficult and not in line with the information given to us by the host. We were told to go to the office between 9-5 to get a parking permit but security indicated a paperwork authorization was not yet received by the host. Our check in was at 4 so we had to come back and wait...

"We were not made aware during booking that our reservation was being fulfilled through Zelloo/private management rather than the hotel directly, which meant we were denied hotel amenities and services we reasonably believed were included. Upon arrival, our 20th-floor room had no functioning toilet. We immediately reported it, were initially told to use a plunger ourselves, and were later asked to send a video.
