"I was very excited about my stay until I arrived at the condo. The good: Close to beach, zoo, aquarium, and shopping. The bad: The beds were very uncomfortable and mine had bed bugs (my legs were bitten quite a bit), the shower water was inconsistent (hot/cold/hot), and there was a smell of musty mold throughout the hallways. The garage is very tight so be cautious driving through for parking. There are no stairs, only elevators which are often full so you will be waiting for 2 or 3 elevators if...

"I was visiting from a neighbor island for a country club golf tournament. My original lodging fell thru at the last minute, so I booked this condo. Living in an upscale resort myself, when I first saw the building and the room, my first impression was "oh no... this is old". Old, but just fine. I found the condo very comfortable. "Great location! Walking distance to everything. Everything was great only issue was nowhere to stop to get dropped off or picked up. Loved extras provided like chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Pictures provided were exactly the same, place was clean."

There were extras in the room that made our vacation activities more convenient—beach towels, a cooler bag, ice packs, & snorkeling gear to name a few. "It was a such pleasant stay . I booked 5 days and extended another 2 days. The Condo was very clean with beautiful mountain view. It is in a perfect location and steps to the beach. Our host Danielle who are easy to communicate with. I told Danielle that my flight will arrive in Hawaii at noon. She arrange the housekeeping and finished cleaning at noon. Then she texted me and let me check in earlier than I expected. I'm so appreciated of it. Anyway, I definitely recommend this rental ."

"Beautiful location very walkable between the resorts chill environment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The marketplace has lots to offer. The lagoons offer a beautiful safe and relaxed way to enjoy the ocean. This was a highlight for sure. We sure hope to be back to this hidden gem."
