One thing I would say is the AC unit could be quieter but we got used to it. Ideal for the two nights we stayed Jan 18 -20 2026. "

"We felt very comfortable in Waikiki Banjan. We particularly appreciated the very central location. You can spend your holidays there indisturbed. We would have a small comment. "The view and sound of the ocean was amazing. The villa was very comfortable filled with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The beach chairs, towels, cooler were nice to have! The turtle bay resort and beach was lovely. We highly recommend a stay here and would definitely return! "

"I gave low stars on website accuracy because after renting a room here I then find out that Panoramic Resort is actually in a hotel and Panoramic only owns some rooms in the hotel. They don’t tell you this on the website. Only after renting a room are you told that you could possibly rent one of Panoramic cars(if able) so you wouldn’t have to pay a ridiculous amount to park that the hotel collects. If you rent a car from Panoramic there is no parking fee. Would have liked to have known that...

"The host was the best part, so kind and patient. The location was nice, however, close to a traffic light that had long stops. The water clogged, but it’s an older building so it was understandable. Everything else is good it was a comfortable stay."
