My only complaint was the fact there is no mirror in the main room where the dressing table area is so when getting ready and straightening my hair and doing make up it wasn’t convenient with only a mirror in the bathroom. "Excellent service throughout our stay. Especially the lady who checked us in . She arranged for a couple of extras for our room , doing it with a smile. Scott on maintenance was also worth a mention for going above and beyond. Great bar service , spacious bar and outside seating with a view of The Minster. Room was large clean and well equipped. "
