"We stayed here for our son’s graduation with a group of 12 and had a really great overall experience. The house is beautiful, spacious, and worked well for a larger group. Derek was an excellent host - very responsive and easy to communicate with - and it was nice meeting him (and Brody) when we arrived.There were some great highlights. The air conditioning worked very well (especially in the master and main areas), which was huge in the Florida heat. The game room was a big hit with our group...

"This house met our needs perfectly. We had a large group come to our daughter’s USF graduation. The drive down the driveway was a bit scary, but once in the house, it was great! We spent most of our time outside by the pool. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We would definitely stay again in the future if the need were to arise. Thank you. "

"The townhome was nice and clean. The views from the balconies were beautiful. We were able to see manatees everyday and even got to see dolphins from the balcony. The property is centrally located where you can get to Tampa , St. Petersburg or Sarasota in relatively good time. There is a public nearby which was convenient. The host Carmen was nice and answered quickly. I would stay here again."
