"This hotel really fell short for me on the customer service front. Despite my arriving at the property before 10 PM and departing after 8 AM, I never saw any staff at the front desk. If everything had gone as planned, this could have been okay, but unfortunately there was an issue and the only way to receive any support was by chatting with the staff via the Expedia app (and one of my messages they didn’t even respond to). Somehow reservation got mixed signals between the property and Expedia, so had to stay in a downgraded room for the first night because my room was occupied and then switch rooms the next day, host was remorseful and tried his best to fix. Parking leaves a lot to be desired and there was an abandoned car taking up space that was needed. Room was spotless but didn’t come once during the week to clean, refresh amenities. "Be sure you want to stay in a hostel, because this property is a hostel! You won’t see the “shared accommodations” unless you read all the way to the bottom of the “amenities” section. This is not an amenity! All the pictures make it seem like a condo. The location is nice, but everything fails beyond that. The check-in process was a nightmare. "Details could have been communicated at checkin. Like having to pull into ferry dropoff to find garage. Tv and cable went out. 2:30 am fire alarm. Had to evacuare. Couldnt put down blind cause ac vent hose. Building next door watched us sleep. Didnt like carrying 3 cards. Ramp,room,elevator. All white. Not much of a water view. One small window. Location was good. Thats about it."
