"We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. "

"this unit has decent prices for seattle and is quiet and safe, but it is really a bare bones set up. i was able to park on the street nearby the property. the owner was never able to provide functioning internet during the three nights i was there. the password supplied was never accepted. it would have been nice to have a bathmat in the bathroom and maybe an extra blanket in the closet. coffee maker works but filters supplied were the wrong type. "

"My daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner."

"This is definitely a one night spot for me. Access to public transportation was great and convenient food choices near by. But there’s a lot of homeless, druggies and SW in the area. The staff wasn’t unfriendly but definitely didn’t give super welcoming. The bathroom was gross so we didn’t use the shower. Bed was hard as a rock. Overall I would come back for one night in needed but wouldn’t feel comfortable to stay longer than that."

"The walls, the carpets, the ceiling, the sheets, and even the lamps were all stained. I had to sleep in my clothes on top of the bedding. There are also no fewer than 5 prostitutes right outside the door at any given time. This place might as well give up and only do hourly rates, its only suited to banging someone and leaving. If you book this place as somewhere to stay the night, you will be very disappointed."

"When I first booked this reservation, Iaccidentally put the wrong exit date. I called hotels to correct it. They said I needed to book another day which would put me at two cleaning fees. They said to contact the property. I contacted the property seven times with no response. When we got to the AirBNB the blowup mattress turned me into a taco two hours later. The so-called futon couch was the size for a child that didn’t even flatten out. the windows have half inch cracks in it so we froze...
