"NO COOLING!!! Fantastic location, decent room, but yeah… hot, muggy, and getting a response from the owner/manager was real tough, lots of automated emails, but no replies."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area."

"The place was nice and clean, amazing little area The only down side was that the mattress was over used and the springs had gone. Making the mattress way too soft so the fact that if you went too close to the edge you’d fall off. The middle of the bed was still ok. Overall nice place just needs a mattress update. "
