"Two things they could improve.
1. Opening times for check inn, is only to 21.00pm. That is not good enough, in a city like Sydney.
2. The breakfast is not something to say hurra for, not much to choose between, and only corn flakes for celiac. You have to do better."
"The hotel is great! Service in reception really good and welcoming. Great spacious rooms, especially if you are just one traveler, as the bathroom is an integral part of the room. The food in the restaurant is really good both on the morning buffet and in the lunch and dinner menu. However, the acoustics and the service in the restaurant is terrible. It is loud, and the service is slow and not attentive. Ok fitness center! The surroundings are quite uninspiring with hotels and office buildings...

We arrived late and liked the option of having food delievered from a range of local restaurants to our room. Menus were available in a folder, payment for the food through the hotel.
As a family of 5, we got 2 apartments with a connecting door, which was absolutely perfect for us. Lot of space, an option of privacy and two bathrooms, which was an unexpected luxury for a family...
"Very convenient for my requirements close to train station and shopping. Room was very nice, compact but sufficient for a couple on a short stay, best experienced with curtains closed, view of Westfields car park otherwise. Direct access to club in the building from L2."
