"I booked 3 rooms through Expedia & specifically selected the pay at the property option because the other guests would be paying for their own rooms. Despite that, the hotel charged my card several hours before we even arrived. That completely defeated the purpose of choosing the pay-on-arrival option. "The Ac in the room wasn’t working"

"The location was convenient as we needed a hotel close to the airport. Clean room, comfy bed, no noise, my only comment is that the front desk staff is the first impression for us guests, the clerk who checked us in never smiled! Not friendly or sympathetic, which made me move to another hotel for a second night. The gentleman at the moment of the check out was nice and polite."

"This place is a great choice if you are looking for a cheap place to stay without the enjoyment of amenities like a pool/gym. The room was clean and well prepared. It had a fridge and microwave, as well as decent cable tv. The restroom was clean. The property is well light at night and it was quiet.
