"We were in PCB for the Half Ironman event, held at Edgewater Resort. The villa on the golf course was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of space, clean and the host was very responsive when we needed to contact her about something minor. We enjoyed the pools in the resort and the easy access to the beautiful beach. Highly recommend"

"Great location- very easy to enjoy beach and Rosemary Beach town. We had issues getting pull out bed to open and woke up every morning stuffed up, think place needs a good deep cleaning and check filters."

"We stayed here last week and it was overall a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the space and will return! Pros: -The house was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. It would be crowded for more people due to the narrow shape of the space but for us it was perfect. -Location is steps from public beach access and since it's farther away from the massive condos, our section of beach was less crowded. Quick walk to Walmart, gas stations and food. -Property managers were very communicative and...

"We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay."

"Front desk attendant was super friendly. The room was nice overall, but the floor was very dirty. Had to wear shoes while in the room. One of the toilets also hadn’t been cleaned. There are no USB plugs, so be sure to bring adapters for anything you want to plug in. "
