Hostels i North West England

"Hotellet lå i et kedeligt område, samt lige op til en togbane. Sengene var ligeledes dårlige."

"Hotellet ligger godt og centralt - og der er meget by liv og larm (på den gode måde) der er gang i baren lige under og alle er flinke. Vi havde 3 overnatninger uden at få tømt hverken skrald eller få mere wc papir. Det ville ha’ været dejligt."

"The place needs cleaned up, long term residents mixed with short term in same house but not same room, loud permanent resident keeps others awake. Not recommended. Staff is nice. Just a lot of work needed on and within this place."

"Vindue i badevær. Kunne ikke lukkes, og varme kunne ikke tændes. Badeværelse var derfor koldt"

"Habitación sin ventana. Falta un poco de limpieza. Colchón cómodo. Hay secador en la habitación. Céntrico y con bares al lado."

"Great value for the money. Bunk Bed was too firm."

"Did exactly what it needed to do. Free parking for the van within walking distance. Lovely food and great staff."

"We stayed 2 nights as a group of 6 in the bunk barn. The room was full of mould. The bunk barn doenst peovide enough space for 6 people and very little space to store belongings. Mould can cause serious risk to health when inhaled and given we had people with asthma in our group its a blessing it didnt cause and harm at this time. The female bathroom was infested in flies. All over the toilet paper and trapped between the sheets of the toilet paper, nevermind the amount in the sink and the...

"Godt og super billigt"

"Room basic but clean. Facilities are slightly tired but adequate. The only slight complaint was that the shower was not much more than a dribble but the water was warm. Staff helpful and friendly. Note: Hebden Bridge is hilly and the hostel is up the hill from the town centre. It is not that far and should not put you off using the hostel"

"I really enjoyed our stay at the lodge and overall we had a very good experience. The inside was above our expectations. The rooms were newly refurbished, clean and comfortable, and the kitchen and dining areas were also really nicely done. The beds were comfortable and everything felt fresh and well looked after. The caretaker was extremely helpful and supportive throughout our stay, and we received really good customer service, which made us feel very welcome. There are just a couple of...

"Nice room to myself. I bought breakfast and dinner also, really well cooked. Good value for money"

"Excellent place to stay with a family, our 3,6 and 11 year olds loved the outdoor spaces, the gardens and play areas are fantastic and the lounge areas are also great for families. The room was a good size and the dining room had great food at decent prices, esp as kids eat for £1! You can walk directly from the hostel to many different paths into countryside or dovedale. Our family loved this place, I highly recommend it."

"Nice lounge to relax and read. Breakfast was great quality, lots of choice and good coffee! We booked a private room with ensuite which was in the barn annex. This was basic, but ok, but the heating wasn't working in that building. Soaking wet after 20mile walk. Staff eventually moved us to another private room, 4 bed, in the main building. On arrival at 5pm was told to order dinner before 6.30pm as there was a large group booked in at 7pm. So we did at 6.00pm only to be told the chef was now...
