The Silver Reef #4  is a new, immaculately furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 2-story corner condo on the 2nd floor and 3rd floors of the brand-new Silver Reef Residences. Situated on the shores of Grand Cayman’s Northeast Coast, this beautiful condo offers a luxurious and well-designed development with a range of amenities and is known for its picturesque and palm-lined coastline.

Here's a breakdown of the key features and amenities:

Elegantly Appointed Interior:

Discover two spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private en-suite featuring a full bath. The second guest bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a king-size bed and a full bath, both adorned with Grohe and Kohler fixtures.

Fully Equipped Living:

The condo presents a fully equipped kitchen, complete with European-style cabinetry, quartz counters, and contemporary stainless-steel appliances. Guests can indulge in self-prepared meals throughout their stay. The living room combines a cozy lounge and dining area for evening entertainment, offering breathtaking views of the North East Coast, beaches, and the Caribbean Sea.

There is a shared full-size gas BBQ grill on the ground floor, along with a complimentary 2-person kayak.  Both items are shared with Unit #3.  Complimentary cable TV and high-speed wifi are also provided.

Step onto an expansive 1,100 sq. ft. oversized rooftop terrace on the third floor for your own private use, boasting panoramic views. The rooftop terrace is equipped with a shaded 2 person swinging lounger, 2 full loungers with a table, 2 sitting chairs with a table and a full-size swing hammock.  Enjoy spectacular 360-degree views of the Caribbean Sea and Grand Cayman interior.

(This is shared with other Silver Reef guests).  Note: The pool fencing shown is temporary.  A permanent fence will be installed shortly, as the Cayman Govt. changed laws that require pools to be fenced in.  The new fence will be built to incorporate the seating inside the fence.

Please note: Recent storms have covered the beach, as shown in the photos, with rocks, and there is no path out to snorkel.  Guests are able to access great beach areas a short distance down the beach or enter around Sea Lodges, On the Bay, Northern Lights or go up to Rum Point, or back East to Morritt’s.

Essential Starter Pack Included:

Kitchen Essentials: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper and coffee filters to get you started.
Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Silver Reef #4 offers proximity to popular destinations like Rum Point and East End, providing an array of amenities and attractions.

Conveniently located near Frank Sound Road, the main artery connecting Grand Cayman's North and South shores, it ensures easy access to George Town and the Seven Mile Corridor, making it a central and well-connected haven for residents.

There are a variety of excellent dining options in the area, including Over the Edge and The Tree House Restaurant at Crystal Caves.

In East End, 10 minutes away are  Eagle Ray's Bar & Grill, La Casita, Tides, Tukka East, Blue Rock, Captain Herman's Fish Fry, David's Deep Blue Restaurant and the Italian Kitchen.

In the Rum Point area, 15 minutes away are the Kaibo Beach Restaurant, Rum Point Club and Upstairs at Kaibo.

Travel Options:

We do recommend a rental car/jeep/SUV for your stay at Silver Reef.

Bus Service: Catch a ride on the Cayman Islands Bus Service that comes along frequently offering convenient on/off bus stops all along around the island.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:

Silver Reef Residences is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from Chisholm’s Grocery—a beloved local store offering essentials and beach gear—while Foster’s Express in East End is about 7 miles away for a wider selection, and the larger Foster’s Savannah is roughly 20 miles southwest for full supermarket offerings.

Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

Loved the property. It is beautiful inside and out. Perfect for our family of 4. The property is located about 45 mins from 7 mile and Georgetown so you definitely need a car as taxi will run you about 150-200 round trip. Rum Point/Kaibo are about 15 mins away that have an awesome breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The only other small thing is we stayed on the 2nd floor. The listing said it had exclusive rooftop access with a swing and cabana. Ours had a single chair and a single lounge chair. Not a big deal but the people staying g below us were up there several times watching the sunset and we did not have a place to sit. So the rooftop is not private to the condo. Again not a big deal but it is not the same as the listing. The building next to us did have those items on their rooftop. It was a little awkward being up there with others and not having anywhere to sit but not going to miss the beautiful sunset from the roof!

tl;dr, I would definitely stay here again!It's a little out of the main areas of the island, but the entire island is quite small, so that was hardly a problem. I was looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay, and to do some scuba diving while I was there. This was idyllic, the view was great, and I have no complaints!The unit was equipped with all modern appliances, and the AC was awesome. The combo washer/dryer was also very impressive! Overall, very clean and very nice. Hosts were extremely responsive and easy to deal with. On the odd occasion where I had questions for them, they would always get back to me within a few mins, day or night.If you're looking for a nice quiet getaway, I can easily recommend this place! the view is great, and I loved the breeze coming in off the ocean every day, it was hot and that breeze was just the thing to take the edge off the sunshine!
