"Worst service and experience ever with any lodging, anywhere in the world. Made a 2 night reservation 3 weeks early. Paid for the reservation. Confirmed the reservation. Assigned room 216 when checking in over the phone. Arrived to be told that they overbooked and gave our room to someone else. They rebooked us into another hotel. They only booked us 1 night at the new location, but told us it was for 2. Then we were forced to check out after 1 day due to lack of vacancy at the second hotel....

"We got a bad dirty stinky room. Was then moved to another room that was almost worst than first one. It was so bad we could not stay the night had to check out and go get a hotel room somewhere else"

"Our stay was great. We stayed for a total 3 nights. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great. Over all great experience. Will book again for my next trip. "

"The bedspread was filthy. It had not been changed out from the previous occupants and the room had a very strong bad odor like tobacco. We will not stay at this hotel again. "

"There were not bath towels or toilet paper in our room. My mom had to dry herself with two hand towels which is not acceptable. I had to go down to the lobby to get the missing items. I also want to mention the carpet outside of the elevators and in the hall is very dirty and full of stains, is very disgusting."
