"We didn’t have hot water in the sink at first. Found roaches in the bathroom two nights in a row. Seems like couch are outdated and worn as well as the other furniture in the room. Ned was comfortable and breakfast was amazing."

"The moldy/mustry smells in the room completely ruined the experience for me. Overall clean grounds but rooms are bad. They let me change rooms once. Second room was less musty so I accepted it, but it still was still pretty bad that I would not go back to this hotel. Staff were very friendly."

"The property was great and excellent location, however, the only issue I had was with the main lobby's A/C problem, it was really stuffy and uncomfortable. Given that it rained there the night before, it was very humid which made it more uncomfortable having breakfast. I'm happy that parking and breakfast were complimentary, but the lack of air condition affected the rating."

"Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor."

"The property is under renovation and we were not informed of this. No restaurant in the hotel, the "breakfast room" was make-shift. We opted out of breakfast because of this. In room coffee options need better attention and updates. Mine were tea instead of coffee. these things are understandable considering the remodel, however it would have been good to know this ahead of time."
