Welcome to Sea Princess, a beautifully designed coastal retreat with an open floor plan and plenty of space for everyone to relax after long beach days. This home is made for gathering, unwinding, and making memories together.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need — from morning coffee to gourmet family meals. Gather around the dining table or kitchen island, or take dinner outdoors on the patio for a true coastal dining experience.

It is expected that the guest will return the property and all that is included, in the same condition in which it is received besides needing a regular cleaning and linen service. Excessive cleaning and damages will result in extra fees.

*Pool HEATING is not automatically included and is optional for an added fee. Pool heat at Sea Princess uses a gas heater and it performs at a high level compared to electric pool heaters but gas heaters are more expensive to operate. The cost to get the pool heated is $250 minimum for up to 3 days of pool heat and is $50 extra for each additional day requested or portion of each day thereof and must be requested (typically) at least 3 days in advance. It is recommended if you plan on using the pool in the cooler months to maximize enjoyment. POOL HEAT is only available during certain times of the year and usually when air temperatures are between 50-75 degrees Fahrenheit. We keep the WATER temperature between 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit. A pool heater is designed to make swimming just a bit more comfortable in cooler (not freezing) weather. Please inquire if desired.

*While the property is child friendly the property is not necessarily child or baby proofed. Parents are expected to provide any child/baby proofing desired. Parental supervision is required.

No Pets allowed.

No smoking, vaping or use of any illegal substance on the property both inside and outside. A $1000 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside.

Primary Renter should be 21 years and be present for the entire duration of stay.

We provide a starter kit of essential supplies that is intended to cover your immediate needs upon arrival. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require.

Video Surveillance: Exterior-only for security reasons only.

No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.

No parties or events. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep it down during the citywide quiet hours of 10pm-7am.

Parking for up to 6 vehicles on driveway only. Parking on grass/landscaping, neighbors property or on the street is strictly prohibited.

*FOR STAYS 29 DAYS OR LONGER: We require cleanings/inspections every 2 or 4 weeks during longer stays. The cleaning fee is much less than the departure cleaning fee at $195, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that this price does not include linen service but that service is available for an additional cost. Please inquire. USPS DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REGULAR MAIL AT THIS SHORT TERM RENTAL PROPERTY. PLEASE SECURE OTHER METHODS LIKE A P.O. BOX IF YOU WISH TO GET MAIL WHILE STAYING LONGER THAN 29 DAYS. FEDEX AND UPS CAN BE DELIVERED.
