"Host was exceptional with communication and answered every question I had in a timely manner. Had a little trouble with the lock during check in but he walked me through the process several times. The trouble was due to user error (Me lol). Amenities were absolutely wonderful The home is accurately advertised in the pictures and it was nice and cool when we arrived. "I was soooo looking forward to this vacation. Upon arrival the property was not clean. The air on the 2nd and 3rd levels didn't work. only the bottom floor had AC. Once we called the contact number; we were told the unit was out of service. OOOHHH BOY! and they could give us a 4 bedroom as a counter offer. From 8 bd rooms to 4 bdrms.. NO WAY. Solution was to give a discount and we could stay. They sent new bedding and towels. Needless to say we made it work and we had a blast despite the NO AC...

"Time here was wonderful. The location was perfect for our family. We were a short walk to the beach. Where the pier is located with a restaurant. Also the Shack restaurant was wonderful to eat at and just 5 minutes away. Barefoot was only a 15 -20 minute drive away. We enjoyed walking around at all the shops located there. Bass pro shop is located a little further down the road along with a movie theater. We enjoyed Iconic at the Alabama theater. We also did a kayak tour in Georgetown while here...
